Ashley Washburn is the 4th Executive Director in the agency's 53-year history. She has been with FHSECO for 4 years and is committed to serving her community!
Meet Our Providers
Elaine Ramey
Elaine Ramey was born in Zanesville, Ohio. She has spent her entire life in Perry County. Elaine earned her associate's degree and then her bachelor's degree in nursing from Ohio University, Zanesville. She completed her master's degree in nursing through MCP Hahnemann University in Pennsylvania in 2001. She is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner in Women's Health.
Her entire nursing career has focused on Women's Health. She has worked in private and clinical practice and spent two years working with infertility patients through Ohio Reproductive Medicine in Columbus. She has worked with Family Health Services in all 4 locations, Licking Muskingum, Perry, and Fairfield counties, since 1997. For the past 15 years, she has also worked with Project Hoffnung, a community-based program to provide breast and cervical cancer screenings to the Amish community throughout Ohio.
Every day she is grateful to work at a job she loves. Elaine is a mother of 4 active children who keep her busy outside of work. She enjoys reading, watching movies, and spending time with her children at sporting and 4-H events.
Cheryl Athey
Cheryl Athey was born and raised in Newark Ohio. She is one of six children.
She received her Associate degree in Nursing from COTC, undergrad from Ohio University and Masters in
Nursing from Mount Carmel College of Nursing.
Practicing as a Nurse Practioner since 2014.
She has been married to her junior high school sweetheart for 35 years. They have a daughter Caitlin who works as an EFDA. They also have grandson Jensen that loves to play travel baseball and basketball.
She enjoys traveling and are always looking for a fun adventure.
